  1. Nice Roman finds, especially considering the number of detectorists. Congratulations! I also showcase a lot of Roman artifacts on my YouTube channel and tell the story behind them. Perhaps you'd like to check it out and leave a comment. I've already subscribed to your channel and look forward to more exciting videos. Kind Regards

  2. Anyone wanting to know what it is…Google Suffolk Roman hoard. Pewter plates, platters, bowls and a cup were found in Euston last year by a local metal detectorist.
The way the vessels were buried suggests they had been placed "possibly for safe keeping

  3. Update since nobody else seems to have replied and there is no part 2: just Google "The Euston Pewter Hoard" and you'll find all the info. There were 13 items in the hoard, all Roman vessels. Due to being pewter, it didn't qualify as treasure and the land owner donated it to a museum where it was displayed for a year or two

  4. The thing your friend found at 13.15 he called a grinder,- I think it is a firestarter. It is held with a finger through the loop and you hit a flint stone to make sparks for fire making. Nice video and boy what a teasure hunt this was.
