  1. 7:509:30: Coming onto the Taxman scene, just to walk into the stage show during the “Blow Me Down” musical number definitely gives off the vibe of nostalgia and is the fastest way to transition into a reimagining of the movie’s storyline.

  2. I love how Shelley Duvall encouraged you to check out this filming location when you interviewed her and two years later you really did it!

  3. I have seen many of the Popeye cartoons but not the movie. After watching this video, I am tempted to view this movie for the first time. Thank you for bringing me along with you both! It's incredible to see Popeye village still standing after all this time. I am incredibly happy for Mr. and Mrs. Grimm to journey the world together. You both are the perfect duo to feed me movie/horror vibes!

As far as movies, I went to school to study movie making. One thing my teachers told me is they build what is going to be seen in the camera. It has to be fleshed out meticulously to make it the real deal. There are so many things I can tell you about this.

  4. Adam The Woo was there a month before he took the trip of no return. 😢😢He said the same as you . He said it was in the bucket list and checked it off. Thank you

  5. Wow I cant believe that was in Malta and that any of it's still there let alone most of it. I was born in 1975 California and my patents my friends and their parents (whom were good friend's w mine) we all watched Popeye a dozen times and Harry and the Hendersons.

  6. I was 16 she was 25, they said it would never last, we’d only been together a month or so when we found a budget holiday in December 2000 to Malta, then did a day trip here as part of our trip, never really appreciated the place until now. I’m now 41 and she’s turning 50 this week, 25 years we’ve been together, 16 married. Thanks for the upload…..👍

  7. This video made me smile, yet also feel sad. I loved this movie as a kid. It’s hard to accept that both Robin Williams and Shelley Duvall are gone. I always love the content you provide.

  8. It was one of my favorite movies growing up. I still listen to the soundtrack. From what I hear, Robin Williams didn't care for this movie. I wish he knew how many people loved it.
