We like in such a fake world, this is a fake we can so easily remove from life

  4. Mark was just useless and his hygiene needs A LOT of work. The chef was a lazy torta that had no respect for the owner or the place. The customers at the end is exactly why I never was a server because people like them would get served a reality check!!! That's Cali for ya though.

  5. I can relate to the frustration of working every day all day and still owing everyone and not getting ahead (we're taught hard work pays off) well when you're stubborn and not open to change it's difficult if not impossible, I had to learn the hard way most people do….

  6. Inspectors in California don't actually inspect anything, they just show up to grab their envelope full of cash and pass everything. I live in NY, and NY used to be that way in the 70's-80's, but then we had some major construction and building accidents, and now we get proper inspections on EVERYTHING (Health included). Gordon created a monster of the owner – the guy went completely off the rails when he got some backbone.

  7. Are there any restaurants that have taken Gordon's advice to heart and actually improved their operations? Many restaurants seem to have closed down fairly quickly, as they apparently did not want to or were unable to change their ways. On the other hand, it is right for a restaurant to close down if it is unable to improve its practices, even if it receives help.

  8. So many restaurants owners saying, i need these rubbish chefs, if they leave i have nothing. In the current job market you cant find a decent chef?

  9. I feel like the food could have been royal, Gordon still would've fed it to the dog just to capitalise on the content value of dissing a dish that way.

  10. This is my favorite episode I watch it once a day !!! The manager is so funny 😂 he just the musty waiter and the owner turning into Ramsey and the way he curses takes me out !!!
