Sub Zero Station 9.
Location unknown.
Purpose unknown.
Creator unknown.
Workers from the town below labour at the station every day, their memories wiped upon exit. Some say they discovered something deep within the mountains. Some say it leads to another place entirely. No one knows for sure.

Welcome to Futurescapes!
Damn I got here just looking for something to listen to while prepping for a survival-horror deep space ttrpg game night, and found the most positive comment section in all of youtube.
Thanks

I just want to know what those pipes are doing? Gas? Electrical?
Lost in the sound. I need more.
The snow crunched underfoot the same way it always did. Always had. Always would. H8-rLd considered the distinctly different timbre of crunch created by human feet; considered just how long it had been since he'd last heard the latter. For a 'bot to not recall clearly, it was certainly a piece of time indeed.
The monolithic building stood like it always had, in seeming defiance of the endless snow that seemed hellbent on someday finally fully burying the structure. H8-rLd shifted the pack across its his back, the way he'd seen humans do it. He couldn't remember why they shifted the little bundles around like that, nor why he mimicked the action now. He understood this should also alarm him, but again could not remember why.
Just like he couldn't remember why they were all gone. Or what had happened. A mass exodus. A great war. Some terrible plague. Famine. H8-rLd could not remember. He knew it was important, but for some reason, the memory remained elusive.
H8-rLd looked up from his feet and the snow he'd been contemplating earlier, to the path leading up the hill to the hangar door, now slowly yawning open; he continued up the path to deliver the contents of the bundle he shifted again on his back.
Just like he always did. Always had. Always would.

Track Review: "Sub-zero" by Futurescapes
"Sub-zero" by Futurescapes plunges listeners into a chilling, futuristic soundscape where icy winds meet pulsating electronic rhythms. From the start, the track establishes a cold, stark atmosphere, evoking the imagery of a frozen, distant planet or a high-tech arctic facility shrouded in silence. The haunting, echoing synths create a sense of isolation, while deep, rumbling bass tones give the track a grounded, almost mechanical feel. What makes "Sub-zero" compelling is its ability to balance serenity with tension. The minimalist approach allows each sound to stand out—icy sweeps, metallic clinks, and distant pads all contributing to the track’s stark environment. The slow progression builds subtly, maintaining a sense of stillness while gently pulling the listener deeper into its frosty landscape. The production is crisp and sharp, much like the theme it conveys. There’s a certain precision to the way the elements come together, with each layer of sound adding to the sense of an uninhabitable, yet oddly mesmerizing, environment. The mix feels spacious, with plenty of room for the sounds to breathe, enhancing the feeling of vast, frozen expanses."Sub-zero" is an excellent piece of sci-fi ambient music that captures the essence of isolation and extreme cold. Perfect for fans of atmospheric soundscapes, this track by Futurescapes is a captivating journey through a frozen, digital wilderness—ideal for deep focus, meditative reflection, or immersive world-building sessions.
Incredible !

I like this, makes me think of Mass Effect strangely enough.
Found a log on the third floor while i mop:
… derstand the reactivity, structure and properties of materials involving main group elements by employing computational methods. In our current studies several aspects of main group chemistry are addressed such as: the stabilization and reactivity of phosphorus radicals, reactivity of heavy pnictogen compounds (As, Sb, Bi), weak interactions especially element specific interactions, photochemistry of main group species, development of efficient photoactive compounds, catalysis with heavier main group elements, activation … (damaged paper)
I play your music every time i'm reading SF book, I don't see the time passing and it puts me in an incredible mood, I have to reset this music a multiple time, and i finish my book too quickly .. thanks and great job 🙂

The place and the sound millenials really need. Pure bliss extract.
Out of some 3rd or 4th eye in my mind I look at this while listening to this music and I see it as digitally imagined snow falling on the grid from Tron with the whole thing being lit up but at the same time desolate like in Tron Legacy. For the record, that's the exact state of mind in which I love to remain all day. Like when the future was exciting and something I could barely imagine and couldn't wait to experience.
