I think this is very interesting and with a perceptive take on our likely futures… The dystopian and utopian… Obviously not going into too much detail of exactly how the utopian folks were living… They didn't want to show carcasses of hunted animals in and around the camp.. Nor evidence of livestock… Nor much evidence of agriculture…so left it vague around where the meals came from and let us assume "gathering" and some "foraging ". I can see why they chose the juxtaposition fairly abstract.. Pitching an A. I. High tech surveillance society whereby authoritarianism is backed up by fear and the threat of violence against Homo sapiens as egalitarian, freedom loving, cheerful, loving, gentle, cooperative and above all living harmoniously within and as a part of an intact ecosystem with virtually no Domestication of any flora and fauna (just the dog) it's hardly surprising the nitty gritty of how utopia will be achieved is left for another film or even better… FOR US!!!!!

12. Very poignant. I saw a lot of people lose themselves in VR during the lockdowns- having food delivered, and spending 24/7 in VRchat… Even sleeping in it.

    With just a slight push, this could easily become a semblance of reality. The more integrated we get with technology, the more disconnected we get from each other.

    Remember that games and tech are tools, and it's online is only your reality if you let it become that.

    Let's stop praying for someone to save us, and start by saving ourselves. Love yourself, your friends, and your family (chosen or blood). Go outside, disconnect for a while, and don't let life go on without you. 💪

    I'm only 20 minutes in but this seems like an amalgamation of Orwell's 1984 and Huxley's Brave New World, with a twist.
