John Trevor flees the military base where he once led Project: Kill—a mind-control program that relied on drugs to turn subjects into assassins and bodyguards for the U.S. government—and escapes to the Philippines. There he falls in love with Lee Su, but the withdrawal from the experimental drugs begins to take its toll, making him a threat not only to himself but to everyone near him. Meanwhile, his former deputy, Frank Lassiter, is ordered to track Trevor down before the withdrawal drives him to uncontrollable violence or before he can expose the project. At the same time, crime boss Alok Lee pursues Trevor, hoping to seize the secrets of Project: Kill. As his condition worsens, Trevor finds himself running out of time, with Lassiter, the Philippine police, and Lee’s henchmen closing in fast.

It's not the worst but it's a bit…………………..shit. It could conceivably annoy. Actually, it's a HHHHEEEEOOOOOGGGGEEEE F*CKING TURKEY and it really stinks.

The only good thing about this movie was how bad the acting was. Watched the whole movie waiting for Nielsen to do a fart gag.

A very curious movie. Never heard of this one before. Not a Leslie Nielsen comedy. He was still doing dramatic roles. Very 'pre-Bourn' themes run through it. There are a few actors of note, but not good directing–poor timing. Sets are 'made-for-TV' quality. The only truly bad part was the 70's movie-music. Very thin orchestrations and very poor intonation. It is almost like they recorded the first run-through before tuning up and just decided to go with it as is. I get the feeling that someone said, "Hey look, we aren't getting any good parts or offers. We're all getting broke and could use a few bucks. Lets pool our savings and shoot a low budget action flick. Take a couple of days to run through the script, map out the action scenes and do the rest in the cutting room. We'll send it out quick and take as much as we can get for it just to keep our names out there. What do you say?" A couple of bottles later: Project Kill! Not entirely unenjoyable. Was going to watch Forbidden Planet tonight. Still can't decide if I'd rather have.
That was certainly a clunker. Kinda fun, tho.
I made through about thirty minutes of this trash…. I kept thinking of the movie "The Men Who Stare At Goats", with Jeff Bridges and George Clooney, which is the perfect antidote to the nausea you'll feel if you watch too much of this one!
Too bad the phrase is "the pursuit of happiness"
instead of "to achieve happiness".

Nelson and Lockwood were both good actors…but I think after this poorly written movie Lockwood left Hollywood and Nelson was looking far a change.
I remember Gary Lockwood from that old Star Trek show, Where No Man Has Gone Before.

Not stupid jokes? No stupid slapstick scenes. I'm sorry, but just a stupid storyline is not enough. The fight scenes were very funny at least, so there's that.

A true flung Poo movie – I cannot remember more pitiful fight scenes. Waste of good actors and a potentially good story line ….. How swifly the mortally damaged arise to inflict deadly injury …. Now if Leslie Nielsen had set out to murder all his previous bosses and their controllers, that would have been very satisfying.

Pretty good movie. Love these vintage flicks. Also it has a bit of that Parallax View feel to it. These movies are usually not as far fetched as they seem.
Nothing short of plain terrible.
