    thanks for letting me see you swing!!!!!

  2. I like the movie except the propergander part of two musician trying to outwit each other by putting poison pills into each other's drink, such added story ruins this movie.

  5. Two talented musicians Danny and Hank ( Fred Astaire, burgess Meredith) compete for a job in Artie Shaw’sprestigous band, and for the affections of their beautiful manager Ellen (Paulette Goddard) they come up with a plan to try and outdo each other to impress Shaw and get into the band! Guess which guy wins out at the end of the flick! Burgess Meredith was a pest in this movie 🍿-he also drove Merle Oberon and Melvyn Douglas nuts in that uncertain feeling! Astaire and Goddard were great and so was Shaw and his band-good to watch! 😊😊😊😊😊❤

  6. I may have the grace as Fred Astaire,
    I may not have the mind of Jung.
    I can not buy the things you need to have;
    But something you can't forget.
    I love you.

    I used to listen to "I love you" a song by a heavy metal band Saigon kick and i always wonder who the heck is Fred Astaire and Jung. Now i know. Not Jung, i mean.

  7. The world really lost someone very special when Fred Astaire died 😢
    I could watch him dance all day 💯❤ Such talent and class. Something the world is in lack of these days 💯😢

  8. Terribile plot. Unreal situation. Awful dialogues. Bigotery at it's top. Anyhow Thanks for posting, It Is an example on how not to make a movie or even how not to write a script.
