This is at the top of my favorite movies! I love the short clips of scenes followed my others that truly advance the story. Hitchcock was a master film maker. I do regret however that he went to Hollywood. His films like The Birds were just Hollywood vehicles. It was as if he surrendered to moguls and studio heads and the gleam came off his genius. I wonder if anyone agrees with me. I’d love to hear the opinions of others.
Not my favourite Hitchcock movie
Thank you for uploading this, the dialogue was rather difficult to understand without any subtitles, especially the little child at the beginning.
That little Betty…what a brat!
Il dott. Pozzy mi perseguita da sempre. E' ora di finirla perche' sta ancora in circolazione colla sua 'infermiera' deficiente. Da quand'e' che dico seguite quel cane di infermiera? Video recente infermiera.

I like this movie very much. Mr. Hitchcock himself did a remake of this, with James Stewart. I like both of them very much.
Loved the shootout near the end. Wonder if a lot of Western directors were influenced by it.
Wow, Peter Lorre "Hooked on Phonics". Who knew?

One of Hitch's best, of the early years. Superb acting by Lord Curzon and of course the legendary Peter "scary" Lorre whose face and voice are unforgettable.
Peter Lorre has always stole the show. He’s a brilliant actor and whoever discovered him is also a genius.
Alfred "Ole Boy" is overrated
Brits get an unearned sense of pride from this TUB.
If I NEVER hear "Darling" again….

Peter Lorre is the only good thing about this film
Fascinating!
I love this version thank you very much
When it came out, this film was considered the best ever made. But the images and sound are too obviously shot inside an American studio so that Hitchcock felt he had to redo it in later life.
