  1. what you are showing for Space Cruiser Orion is Space Patrol a British pre XL5 Series predating GERRY aNDERSON AND CENTURY 21 S C Orion was the forunner of Star Trek and due to Treks popularity was cancelled I actually in many ways prefered Orion over Trek.

    Most films from the 60s are not german they are from german democratic republic (DDR).
    The best show at the beginning, they mean Raumpatrouille Orion. It was a german/french real life production, produced shortly before the us came out with startrek.
    The pictures on the begining are from a english puppet show.
    The other great film enemy mine was filmed in munich (bavaria) were the Set of the space station still can be seen.
