8. Thanks for the video I enjoyed hearing about the different subfactions he had cobbled together as he could. He's my favourite and I really wish he survived until the 3 he would have been a much better antagonist to see again.

12. I was playing ice hockey in Sydney as a kid and went to Kennedys at surry Hills to buy some new gear and was really excited about it because I made the state team. To my absolute dismay Kennedys were virtually sold out of gear because of some fukn movie shit!! Little did I realise at the time that movie would be become one of my all time favourites. We called Wez and his mates the bare bum berserkers because of their arseless chap's, they must have been bumming each other pretty regularly I reckon.

14. I remembered in early 80s it was aired on 10pm TV first time. The narrator at beginning was dubbed with an American accent and heavily edited for violence. Also when first Mad Max was released on TV all the Australian accents were dubbed over with American. Didn't know difference until I rented the VHS tapes.

20. You giving this guy WAY too much credit! HE IS SCUM! They way you talk about is as though you have some sort of mancrush over him. He has the choice to not do this but he does anyways, THAT MAKES HIM A BAD GUY! There aren't any nuances about him, HE's A BAD GUY a terrible cardboard cut out of one, at that. A nuance would be Max since he does the right thing inspit of his need to survive in a terrible world. Talking about sympathy for the Devil, you should be ashamed to be a human being. Sadly he was supposed to be a deeper antagonist but the studio didn't go for it so we get the superficial version.
