8. I bought this like a decade ago because of my trust in the brand of Google, only to get a movie with neither Thai nor English subtitles, and no upgrade for 4k. Back in the past I thought "hey, maybe they'll fix it?". A decade later, Google still unbothered toward users who support their product from the start even though most people aren't interested in it. Users who bought their movies long ago got stuck with this HD crap, and not even an option to upgrade to 4k. I don't even ask them to give me 4k for free, just at least give me an option to pay some extra price for an upgrade is enough, but nooo, this is no concern for them since it has no impact on their newer sales.

   Of cause, it may seem nobody cared about Play Movies, or Google TV, but I put faith in Google back then. And is this how they reciprocated their users who support their product back in the days? I feel deeply betrayed. Here, I thought coming back to this app years later, I would have a nice app to buy movies that aren't available on Netflix, but if this is how they gonna treat their long customers, I'll never use this Google TV or whatever the name they gonna change later ever again until they care enough and give a god damn Thai subtitle and a 4k upgrade.

12. its hard to understand all words without english sub because of accent of a few actors… there is no polish language but i want to ask why there is no english… there is even ukrainian language…
