These film makers of that era far outweigh modern film making, delivering charisma, politeness, thrills, adventure, and class, which is all too prevelant in these celluloid masterpieces….I love this type of film. Film makers need to look to the past and uncover and build again from this foundation a framework of what is really appreciated. Deep down, everyone prefers this type of film. It's pleasant and watchable. Nowadays it is all too gruesome, full of gore, shock, and malice. No happiness, romance, or quality storylines. Most modern films leave nothing left to the imagination!!!!….I'd rather use my imagination!
